Organization Admin
Performs the User and Organization Manager functions for the Organization that they are the administrator for. The Tenant Admin will add the first Org Admin for an organization. An Org Admin may be an administrator for multiple organizations. The Org Admin will use the functionality in the following sections:
User Manager
This section provides the instructions to manage the users in the organizations that the Org Admin is administrator of.

- Add User to Groups that the Org Admin is a member of
- Add User to Organizations that the Org Admin is the admin of
- Add User to Applications that the Org Admin is a member of

This section provides the instructions to View and Modify the organizations that the Org Admin is the administrator of.
